How your item will be sent
Order before 3pm and your item will be dispatched the same working day. All orders will be posted FREE via Royal Mail 2nd Class (48 Hours) delivery. Fancy it quicker? Then select the 1st Class (24 Hour) option for only £2.99! Here at Hybryd we trynot use plastic bags to wrap the products. We feel strongly as a brand towards the reduction of plastic. Most items will arrive in the biodegradable postage bag only.
Returns Policy
If you want to return your order within 14 days of having received your goods. A full refund will be issued if it is clear the products haven’t been used or damaged in any way. When returning items you will be responsible for them until they reach us. Postal costs incurred by yourselves will not be reimbursed.
