Sheli McCoy
Sheli McCoy, originally from Windsor, Berkshire is a British weightlifter.
Sheli has competed in five British weightlifting championships and CrossFit championships.
She, impressively, went on to become Scottish champion in both sports!
In 2024 Sheli first appeared on BBC1’s hit show Gladiatiors as “Sabre”, the show described her as “standout”.
Training up to 19 hours per week to maintain her impressive physique, it’s handy that she co-owns a gym in Dundee.
Sheli is also a qualified Sports Rehabilitation Therapist.
Vicky Fleetwood
For those in the know, Vicky Fleetwood needs no introduction.
Esteemed and cherished member of the Red Roses Rugby Team, joining in 2011 and quickly earning her stripes, her successes are the club’s own, helping her team win the World Cup in 2014, a title the club can hold forever with pride.
Alongside this massive achievement, she’s credited with the win of the Commonwealth Games, 5 Six Nations wins in her 12-year career, 82 international caps and 2 Premier 15s wins.
A titan of the sport, she retired in 2023 and was sorely missed by her club and by her fans, all over the world.
All this time, she was also pouring her heart into coaching and later into personal training, which she is still doing, to this day, after her long and distinguished career.
In 2024, after retirement, she shifted focus to her personal training, coaching and CrossFit, pushing those willing to learn and try their best to the physical and mental heights worthy of a true champion.
Paul Gillingham
Paul has been a fitness professional since 2005 and has worked with both professional and semi professional sports clubs and athletes.
In 2021 he came across Hyrox and Hybrid Fitness racing and has not looked back since.
He has represented TeamGB in the 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 European and World Championships.
He has also qualified for the 2024 and 2025 Deka World Championships and will look to continue these achievements going into 2026.
He runs a very successful global coaching business where he works with and coaches athletes all over the world.
Tris Dixon
Tris Dixon is a legend in the world of boxing, with a seemingly endless list of achievements and works his name is attributed to.
Always an athlete, he transitioned from Rugby to Boxing in 1996, at the time studying journalism at university, hoping to do war stories and interview world leaders and any manner of big-time personalities.
After combining his skills in journalism with his love of boxing, his career flourished.
He became the editor for Boxing News, has ghostwritten books and autobiographies for numerous famous individuals in the boxing world, authored books shortlisted for the Sunday Times Sports Books Awards in 2023 and is a regular expert commentator on various sports channels such as Sky News and CNN.
Today he is held in high esteem in boxing, being an elector for the International Boxing Hall of Fame.
Still an athlete, enjoying boxing and working out regularly to this day, he’s crushing PRs at age 46 and doesn’t seem to show any sign of slowing down, whether being an athlete or being an author.
Helena Collins
Helena, a devoted mother, wife and athlete, fell in love with CrossFit after the birth of her first child.
First a football player, she made the switch to CrossFit and instantly found great success, finishing Top 5 in three separate events in 2017, including the Warrior League where she finished 1st overall.
Her extreme athleticism and strong spirit got noticed, and she was picked to represent Great Britain at the 2018 FRF World Championships in London.
Today, despite being in the (35-39) age bracket, she still dominates the sport, finishing as the 5th Fittest Woman in the UK, the Champion of her age bracket, and 3rd best in Europe and the World for Women 35-39.
This year, she competes again and will be seen alongside other world-level athletes at the Semi-Finals in Lyon, France.
Maddy Harris
Maddy Harris is Co-owner at CrossFit Aylesbury and Coach at BLK DOG Fitness.
She made the World Championships for the CrossFit games with her team, becoming the first UK team ever to accomplish this, and they did it 2 years in a row.
Maddy was the 8th Fittest Woman in the UK in 2022 and was the 17th Fittest Woman in the UK, in 2024.
Jordan Hogg
Former Royal Marine for 10 years and current Maritime Security Operator, Jordan Hogg is still putting his never-ending discipline and dedication to good use today to protect our waters across the globe, helping to save people’s lives.
This dedication to bettering the world doesn’t end there.
Owner of StrongFit personal training Exeter, Jordan uses his time away from Maritime Security to better himself and others through relentless training and pursuit of health & fitness goals, using his wide array of skills and life experience to assist people who want to reach their absolute peak level of physical and mental performance in life.
Today, in 2024, he is still a League 1, competitive CrossFit athlete, topping comp leaderboards and taking his place on podiums.
Mhairi Clelland
Mhairi Clelland is an athlete and coach from the Highlands of Scotland.
Owner of RAM Fitness, she’s known for her strong, fast, no-nonsense training style and for helping people build real confidence through strength and conditioning.
Balancing her own training with coaching, Mhairi pushes limits, leads by example, and inspires others to do the same.
Out of the gym, she loves spending time with her dog and tracking down the best coffee spots around!
Driven, energetic, and always up for the next challenge, she continues to grow as one of the UK’s top female athletes.
Helen Nutter
Described as “fierce”, an animal lover and self-proclaimed lover of barbells, Helen is truly a force to be reckoned with in UK CrossFit.
Competing in swimming for 10 years before switching, and working as a full-time P.E. teacher and CrossFit Gym coach, she also found the time to top the CrossFit leaderboards, becoming the 2nd Fittest Woman in Europe in 2019 and currently sitting at the 9th spot for Fittest Woman in the UK in 2024.
Revered and loved in her community, and known just as much for her friendly, magnetic and strong, demeanour, she pushes her students just as she pushes herself towards greatness.
She is now training for the 2024 European Semi-Finals in Lyons, France, where she plans to continue her chart-topping career.
Charlotte Spence
A fitness instructor inside the Military, and former CrossFit champion, Charlotte admits she wasn’t always into fitness.
But with an inherent, undeniable talent and raw athletic ability, once her fitness journey had started, it seemed there wasn’t a thing that could stop her.
She started training in CrossFit after running a marathon and began competing.
From 2017 she secured her place amongst the Top 5 Fittest Women in the UK for 5 years running.
Then after entering the (35-39) bracket, she topped the boards as Champion for two years in a row, all whilst being an active member of the military, known as ‘The Fittest Woman in the Military’ by 2021.
In 2024, she still stands amongst the Top 50 Fittest Women globally and is the 6th fittest Woman (35-39) in the UK, and still competes in CrossFit competitions.
Kiera Blunden
Kiera Blunden is an athlete showing up at multiple Youth Championships.
In 2019, she reached the Summer Swimming Championships and in 2022 she earned her place in the CrossFit Teen Championships.
She is currently an undergraduate studying Physiotherapy, planning to start her own practice down the line.
Tatiarna Tomlinson
Hybryd Next Gen Athlete
Tatiarna started CrossFit in 2022 at her local box CrossFit Retford and very soon realised what destruction mode was.
Just 13 years old she is the GB british indoor rowing champion 2024.
British Functional fitness champion 2025.
In June 2025 Tatiarna will be representing her country and competing in the Netherlands for the functional fitness European Championships.
In December 2025 Tatiarna will be representing her country again competing in Lithuania for the world functional fitness Championships.
After ranking 22nd on the 2025 CrossFit games leaderboard for the 14-15 girls
Tatiarna is excited for 2026 season when she will be old enough to compete.
