Harry Lightfoot
Harry’s athletic career has lasted a lifetime, starting on his father’s farm in Cornwall, always lending a helping hand from a young age.
In his teen years, he trained to become a more dominant athlete during his brief reign in Rugby, which helped him and his team win noticeably more games.
With their final Rugby season ending, he and his friends began looking for ways to keep pushing their fitness up, when they found CrossFit.
And it was here his sheer athleticism truly shined.
Pushed by his friends’ faith in his abilities and reassured by his abnormal results, he gained the confidence to commit fully to the sport.
Today, he sits comfortably as the #1 Fittest Man in the UK with no contenders in sight.
